Just a little something I wanted to share with you (if anyone, at all). It might be me, but I really think moments like these are, for lack of a better word, 'picture perfect.' It's the moment that they both forget about everything around them. It's as though they're consumed by their love. Does that make any sense? Been trying to expand my vocab lately. Regardless, these are my favorite moments when shooting. The part where they forget about you and just 'feel'.

I'm sure you all know about 'Bouchon.' Let me tell you, before this, I didn't. A is the cook and S is the baker and together they make A+S Bistro. That evening A prepared Frisee Salad, Croque Madame, and Steak Au Poivre. In that order, so you could imagine, we were super full! S made pots de creme, which is the best thing i've ever tasted in dessert world and chocolate bouchons. They made gougeres together, that might've been the best dish of the night. After all, it was made with love.

they had their reception at bouchon in napa valley. :)

I've known Mia since high school, she's like the older sister I never had even though there's not a big difference in age. She's the first girl to pluck my brows and dye my hair, always to this day trying to make me "trendy", but nevertheless she's always an inspiration to me. Bryan is sure to be a lucky guy. Bryan & Mia got married at Villa del Sol d'Oro, Sierra Madre. It was such a beautiful venue! And Mia's planning was the type you'd only see featured in magazines. This was by far the most beautifully decorated wedding. Love you guys!

Pin, one of my good friends from high school, got married. What a great and memorable experience! Everyone there was fun and easy to shoot. Jino's family welcomed me openly as I shot the groomsmen, and it wasn't hard to see that Pin and Jino were made for each other. Congrats lovers!

i volunteered tina and naveen as a my 'expecting' project. also, it's a great way to document one of my oldest friend's first pregnancy. i don't really know how to photograph expecting parents nor do i know what my focal point should be, besides the 'bun in the oven'. i had fun, and pregnant tina was very open to all suggestions and very comfortable in her own body. it was wonderful and very easy working with them. love ya teen! thanks!

This was my very first debut (a Filipino tradition where a girl becomes a woman at the age of 18). It was great and very easy to work with Ariane. She was very natural and had no problem keeping a natural smile. And it wasn't hard to see what her friends and family saw in her. She's smart, kind and beautiful; I definitely had fun shooting this event!

So this is my 10 year old puppy, Tobi. He's well known amongst my IMAC biatches. He's quite sickly (by sickly, I mean he coughs a lot cuz of his bronchitis and he's got bad allergies) so if any of you know a dog sitter, holla'!

So I started this thing because I've been inspired by my photo team members (Ja Tecson Photography Team SUCKAS!!!!) Well, I've never done this before, but I suppose it's where you have conversations with yourself and you share them with others right? :)

So here's a few pics from my FIRST solo photo session EVER, on my FIRST blog EVER!!! Umm, as you can see from the first photo, the lighting is pretty sorry over there at Mr. T's Bowl. One red light, one blue light, black background... lighting totally sucked ass!
